Packaging

As a fellow beader myself, I understand the anticipation and delight in waiting for an order of fresh supplies. As such, utmost care is taken when packaging your order to reduce the chances of shipping damage. Keeping the environment in mind, we use as much of repurposed plastic baggies and bubble wrap as possible, which we ensure are in good condition prior to placing the beads/supplies in them.

Shipping returns

We have a 7 day refund and returns policy. This only applies to cases where you would like to return the goods with reasons unrelating to the condition of the item. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, do consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds are subsequently processed only after we have received the items back. If the items have incurred damage due to poor packaging on the buyer’s part when sending the items back, we reserve the right to impose a restock fee as the item can then no longer be listed on our site anymore.

Damaged in transit

In the unlikely situation where items arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package and we will work with you to rectify the issue.

Please note that 1) gift cards, and 2) sale items are not eligible for refunds. However, should the sale items arrive damaged, please do contact us within 3 days of receiving the package and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
